Girl & Grown-Up Puberty Power

Girl & Grown-Up Format
Did you know girls* have amazing superpowers and some of them activate during puberty? This class is perfect for a positive introduction to the concept of puberty. It gives girls the tools and knowledge to be their strong, confident selves during this transformation.
We’ll take on the brain game team challenge, play “guess the candy deodorant scent” and encourage a little good hygiene by making fruity bath bombs to take home.
Note: We will not be covering content about periods during this introductory class. Our “Go with the Flow” workshop is all about periods.
*We will be focusing on puberty changes of humans assigned female at birth. Gender expansive youth are welcome to attend.
