Road Map to Body Literacy
Our body is a compass. We just have to learn how to read it. Body literacy education builds confidence by helping kids decipher how to read their internal compass. Our road map to body literacy is an age and stage guide to the essential topics to teach children and when to teach them in alignment with the timing of modern puberty. Our map helps guide school administrators, teachers, and parents in aligning conversations and curriculum with celebrating growth and building body confidence for all genders.
GPS founder and author, Konika Ray Wong, M.Ed leads parent coffees, professional development sessions for teachers, and workshops for kids on any of the ten topics on the road map.
