How do I enroll a group of my daughters friends?

Please email info@girlpowerscience.com to inquire about booking a workshop at our location or at your daughter’s school. We offer workshops after school and on Saturdays. We also offer camps for private groups on professional development, parent/teacher conference days, and holidays.

How do I know if my daughter is ready for the content?

Our “Little Sheroes” curriculum is developmentally appropriate for ages 3 - 5. Our “You Grow Girl” content is developmentally appropriate for ages 6 - 12. We encourage parents to join our workshops for parents so that they can preview the content and reinforce the concepts at home.

How many spots are available in each workshop in the treehouse?

There are ten spaces available in each workshop or camp.

May I get a refund or credit for a missed class?

Your spot is transferable and we recommend you find a friend to take your spot. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds or credit.

Do you offer workshops for all genders?

Yes! GPS offers workshops for all genders by request. Our curriculum is inclusive of all genders. Additionally, parents and caretakers of all genders attend our “Girl & Grown-up” workshops not just mothers.

Girl Power Science believes in practicing radical inclusivity. Girl* refers to cisgender girls and transgender girls. We also welcome non-binary youth, gender non-conforming youth, gender queer youth and any girl-identified youth.

Where do I start?

There isn’t a specific order to our workshops. Some schools request a series and the sequence is dynamic and customizable. Sometimes parents target a specific topic because their daughter is asking questions about it or needing support in that specific area such as body image or healthy friendships. Ideally our puberty workshop comes right before our workshop about periods but sometimes parents want to skip right to the period workshop and that works out just fine.
