Ananda: Private GPS Series
This is a private booking organized by Ananda Joy Hart.
What: Body Literacy Series
When: 10:00–11:30 a.m. (see dates below)
Where: Our Treehouse Classroom in Glen Park, San Francisco. The exact address will be emailed after we receive your registration.
This series includes a virtual parent education session that will take place on Thursday, January 8th from 6:30 - 7:30 pm. During this session, Konika will preview the content she will cover with the students and language parents can reinforce at home.
Puberty Power – Sunday, January 11, 2026 from 10 - 11:30 am
We will celebrate growth by reframing the changes associated with puberty as superpowers. From mood swings to breast buds, building body confidence is all about cultivating gratitude for our healthy, growing bodies.
We’ll also encourage a little self-care and good hygiene by making fruity, fizzy bath bombs.
Go with the Flow – Sunday, February 8, 2026 from 10 - 11:30 am
Konika will read her children’s book One in a Million – A First Book About Periods. Using a wide variety of visual aids, we’ll explore the science of menstruation and the many inventions—past and present—that help us manage our periods.
This session includes two fun science experiments.
Media Mindset – Sunday, March 1, 2026 from 10 - 11:30 am
In today's digital world, giving a child their first device is a significant milestone. Our Media Mindset workshop provides the essential foundation children need before stepping into the digital landscape—whether through tablets, smartphones, or smartwatches.
We’ll wrap up with a fun science project: creating magical, mindful glitter jars. These serve as beautiful reminders to listen to our bodies and moderate our screen-time consumption.
Please note: All sales are final. There are no refunds or credits for missed classes. We recommend finding a friend to take your spot if you’re unable to attend.
