Top Ten Puberty Parenting Books

Navigating modern puberty is dramatically different. Puberty now starts earlier, lasts longer, and intertwines with technology in unimaginable ways. Luckily, there are new resources that we didn’t have when we grew up.
Here are our top ten book recommendations for parents with children ages 7 and up. While some of these books refer to teenagers, the information is relevant to tweens and younger kids as well. It is also helpful to proactively read the content geared to parents of teenagers so that you can frame your mindset early on.
