How to book a private Girl Power Science workshop
Private bookings at Girl Power Science are for groups of friends or classmates to take together. Parents reach out to their daughter’s class, girl scout troop, homeschool community, soccer team, or church group to put small groups together.
Private bookings are really special because:
They take place with small groups of ten participants that are comfortable with one another.
They build a supportive “sisterhood” and context for future conversations.
Topics are proactively normalized removing shame and stigma (if any exists).
Parents can request specific areas of emphasis within the scope of the topic.
The group learns a common language that they can refer to in the future.
It’s a fun community building experience and a unique chance to celebrate girl power.
Workshops at our San Francisco location can be for kids, grown-ups, or five girl and grown-up pairs.
We host mother/daughter, dad/daughter, and mixed groups with a variety of caretakers.
Transgender and gender expansive folks are always welcome to join our workshops.
